Mizner-inspired estates in Palm Beach County's southern gateway.
The neighborhood
Boca Raton is the southern gateway city of Palm Beach County, known for its gated country-club communities, Intracoastal estates, and a downtown anchored by Mizner Park and the Boca Raton Resort. It is one of Florida's most established luxury markets.
The market is defined by its communities: guard-gated golf enclaves such as Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, St. Andrews, and Boca West; deep-water waterfront neighborhoods along the Intracoastal; and the walkable downtown around Mizner Park.
Boca Raton offers a different luxury than Miami or Fort Lauderdale: campus-like gated communities, championship golf, and a family-oriented, established character with strong schools and a mature service economy.
The city is one of South Florida's largest luxury single-family markets, and the right community decision matters as much as the right house. We work Boca Raton community by community, because gated status, golf, and waterfront access vary street by street.
For families and buyers who want a mature, established luxury market with strong schools, Boca Raton is a benchmark.

City & community overview
Boca Raton is a city of about 102,000 residents at the southern end of Palm Beach County, known for its gated country-club communities, Mediterranean architecture, and a planned, upscale character. It balances a beach and Intracoastal waterfront with golf communities, a walkable downtown, and one of the region's strongest family markets.
Boca Raton's population was estimated at 101,582 as of July 1, 2025 (U.S. Census Bureau QuickFacts, Vintage 2025).
Boca Raton was developed in the 1920s by Addison Mizner, the architect who gave Palm Beach its Mediterranean character, and named by the railroad. The Boca Raton Hotel and Club and Mizner's planned city set the tone, and the postwar era brought the gated golf communities that now define the luxury market.
Boca Raton has a strong corporate and professional economy, with major employers along Glades Road and the downtown, plus Town Center at Boca Raton and the upscale retail of Mizner Park and Royal Palm Place. The city is also a regional hub for finance, technology, and healthcare.
Boca Raton sits on I-95, the Turnpike, and US-1, with Palm Beach International Airport about 25 minutes north and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International about 30 minutes south. Brightline service stops in Boca Raton.
