I do suggest anyone looking to purchase to use Kelby as your realtor. Plus the benefit of buying new development, I didn’t need a property manager cause I already had 3 super available if there were any issues. Kelby was quick at finding qualified tenants for my home and great at speaking to tenants to see if they wanted to renew the lease.
