Housing Trust Group has begun development on Rainbow Village, a $185 million mixed-use project in Miami, featuring 310 affordable housing units. Completion is expected in Q1 2027, with leasing starting in late 2026. The project will cater to residents earning 30-80% of the area median income, with monthly rents ranging from $793 to $2,634. It will also include nearly 12,000 square feet of retail space, over 50,000 square feet of amenities, and 442 parking spaces. Funding sources include Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and construction financing from various banks.
