Jackson Memorial Hospital will demolish two office buildings to make way for this development, which includes a hotel and retail spaces. The project, developed by Related Urban, is expected to generate substantial revenue for Jackson and prioritize housing for those earning between 50% and 120% of the area median income. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027, with completion phases extending to 2032.
