In Miami, the average one-bedroom rent is $1,756 and two-bedroom rent is $2,326. Jacksonville has averages of $1,257 for one-bedroom and $1,478 for two-bedroom. Tampa's averages are $1,495 and $1,867, while Orlando's are $1,477 and $1,836. St. Petersburg sees averages of $1,384 and $1,743, and Hialeah has $1,457 for one-bedroom and $2,032 for two-bedroom rentals.
