Purchased my first home during the pandemic in February 2022, in Marbella development. Was able to get a great deal at 417k, now they are selling at 485k This was home first property purchase out of state. I’m in NY. Kelby was great in helping me find a home to buy in Miami. Also he was able to find me a renter in two days much quicker than I had expected. Also just recently he was able to communicate with tenants to see if they wanted to renew their lease. I don’t speak Spanish. It turned out that I was able to negotiate rent at a higher price. So far this is the best investment ever, especially with the help of leverage using debt. I do suggest anyone looking to purchase to use Kelby as your realtor. Plus the benefit of buying new development, I didn’t need a property manager cause I already had 3 super available if there were any issues. Kelby was quick at finding qualified tenants for my home and great at speaking to tenants to see if they wanted to renew the lease.
